Ingredients
- 1 lb. pecan halves
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg white, beaten stiff
- 1 Tbsp. water
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Line a jelly loaf pan with aluminum foil. Spread pecans on foil.
- Bake in 325° oven for 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool. Store in airtight container.
