Ingredients
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb. New York sharp Cheddar
- 1 lb. Jimmy Dean hot sausage
- 4 to 5 jalapenos with juice
Method
- Brown and drain sausage.
- Heat cheeses in oven or microwave. Add sausage and jalapenos (seeded and chopped) with some of their juice.
- Can be served warm with crackers or chill and slice to serve on crackers or Melba toast.
