Ingredients

  • approximately 1 1/2 c. washed, drained berries
  • unbaked pie shell
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. cream or evaporated milk
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 8 Tbsp. each: flour and sugar

Method

  • Pour washed, drained berries into an unbaked pie shell (approximately 1 1/2 cups).
  • Mix eggs, sugar, flour and milk and pour over the berries.
  • Top with margarine, flour and sugar mixture.
  • Mix until crumbly and sprinkle on top of pie. Bake at 325° for about 1 hour or until topping is browned.
