Ingredients
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple (juice and all)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Combine all ingredients and mix by hand (do not use electric mixer).
- Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
- Spread topping over cake while warm.
- Makes 12 servings.
