Ingredients
- 3 c. sliced okra
- 2 c. fresh corn, cut from cob and cooked
- 4 or 5 large ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
- salt and pepper
Method
- Thoroughly rinse sliced okra under running water; drain well. Combine okra and remaining ingredients in a large skillet.
- Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
- Serves 8.
