Ingredients
- 2 c. crushed pineapple (1 can)
- 1 1/3 c. nonfat powdered milk
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
Method
- Drain pineapple; soften gelatin in pineapple juice.
- Add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
- Place pineapple and gelatin mixture in blender.
- Blend 1 minute.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until frothy.
- Place in dish and chill until firm.
