Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 cans Ro-Tel
  • 2 cans Ranch Style Beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. corn tortillas
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. American cheese

Method

  • Cook ground beef and diced onion.
  • Drain meat mixture and return to pan.
  • Stir in mushroom soup, Ro-Tel, and beans.
  • Layer half of the tortillas evenly into 2 lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dishes. Top each with 1/4 of meat mixture and 1/4 cheese. Repeat layers with remaining tortillas, meat mixture, and cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
