Ingredients

  • 1 small jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water packed artichoke hearts
  • 1 medium can (6 oz.) green chilies, diced
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 5 to 7 drops Tabasco sauce
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder and freshly chopped parsley (optional)

Method

  • Drain and chop the first 3 ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients.
  • Place in a shallow dish and cover with 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese and 1 cup grated Muenster cheese.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or Triskets crackers.
