Ingredients
- 1 small jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 (8 oz.) can water packed artichoke hearts
- 1 medium can (6 oz.) green chilies, diced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 5 to 7 drops Tabasco sauce
- salt, pepper, garlic powder and freshly chopped parsley (optional)
Method
- Drain and chop the first 3 ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients.
- Place in a shallow dish and cover with 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese and 1 cup grated Muenster cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips or Triskets crackers.
