- 2 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts, cooked & drained
- 2 small cans sliced mushrooms, drained
- 3-4 c. cooked, chopped chicken breast
- 2 cans (7 oz. each) crab meat
- 4 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- 6 slices cooked & crumbled bacon
- 2 - 2 1/2 c. white sauce (recipe below)
Method
- Grease bottom of large casserole dish and place layer of artichoke hearts; cover layer with mushrooms, finally topping with chicken & crab.
