Ingredients
- 4 c. cooked rice, cooled
- 2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. whipped cream or whipped topping
Method
- Gently mix pineapple, marshmallows, sugar and rice.
- Add vanilla to whipped topping.
- Fold into rice mixture.
- Chill. Serves 8.
