Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 2 cans chili beef
  • 1 can refried beans
  • green onions, chopped
  • green olives, sliced
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded

Method

  • Brown ground meat and onion together.
  • Drain fat, then add Ro-Tel tomatoes, soup and refried beans.
  • Put in a casserole dish and bake at 200° for 2 hours.
  • Top with green onions, olives and cheese.
  • Serve in a chafing dish with dip size corn chips or favorite kind of chip.
  • This is also a good main dish.
