Ingredients
- 3 boneless chicken breasts, halved
- 3 oz. dried beef
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Place a layer of dried beef in bottom of 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
- Place chicken breast halves on top of dried beef.
- Place 1 slice of bacon on each chicken half.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Combine soup and sour cream.
- Pour over the ingredients in the casserole dish.
- Bake an additional 30 minutes.
