Ingredients
- 2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
- 1 large (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm crumbs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cook spinach and drain well. Combine spinach, sour cream and onion soup.
- Put in a greased casserole.
- Sprinkle with Pepperidge Farm crumbs (mashed until fine) with Parmesan cheese. Cook in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
