Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 can Angel Flake coconut
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch bits
- 1 c. fine chopped nuts
- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
Method
- Melt butter in a 9 x 12-inch jelly roll pan.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over melted butter, covering entire bottom.
- Add Angel Flake coconut over crumbs.
- Add butterscotch bits over the coconut.
- Add 1 cup fine chopped nuts over the bits.
- Dribble condensed milk over the entire mixture until completely covered. Bake in a 350° oven 20 minutes to 1/2 hour.
- When done, sprinkle top with 1/2 cup of nuts.
- Cut while warm in squares or diamond shape.
