Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 can Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch bits
  • 1 c. fine chopped nuts
  • 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk

Method

  • Melt butter in a 9 x 12-inch jelly roll pan.
  • Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over melted butter, covering entire bottom.
  • Add Angel Flake coconut over crumbs.
  • Add butterscotch bits over the coconut.
  • Add 1 cup fine chopped nuts over the bits.
  • Dribble condensed milk over the entire mixture until completely covered. Bake in a 350° oven 20 minutes to 1/2 hour.
  • When done, sprinkle top with 1/2 cup of nuts.
  • Cut while warm in squares or diamond shape.
