Ingredients
- 1 (6 1/2, 7 or 9 1/4 oz.) can tuna
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Cook onion, green pepper and garlic in 2 tablespoons butter until tender but not brown.
- Stir in sour cream, curry powder, salt and pepper.
- Break tuna into bite size pieces; add to mixture.
- Heat slowly, stirring often.
- Serve over rice.
