Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. bay scallops
- 1/2 lb. haddock
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- buttered crumbs
Method
- Cook scallops and fish (haddock) for 5 minutes in salted, boiling water; drain.
- Place in a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Pour shrimp soup over fish and top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
