Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 8 oz. part skim Ricotta cheese
- 3 oz. light cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. crushed dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. crushed tarragon
- 2 tsp. minced fresh parsley
- 2 tsp. minced fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
Method
- Combine water, lemon juice and cheese in a blender of food processor.
- Puree for 1 minute or until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend for 30 seconds.
- Cover and chill.
- Yields 1 1/2 cups.
