Ingredients

  • 3 c. loose pack frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. diced, cooked ham
  • 1/2 c. light cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

Method

  • Press hash browns between paper towels to remove moisture. Press hash browns onto bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate to form a crust.
  • Drizzle melted butter over potatoes.
  • Bake in a 425° oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350°.
