Ingredients
- 3 c. loose pack frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 c. diced, cooked ham
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Method
- Press hash browns between paper towels to remove moisture. Press hash browns onto bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate to form a crust.
- Drizzle melted butter over potatoes.
- Bake in a 425° oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350°.
