Ingredients
- 2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
- 1 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 10 Tbsp. juice from pineapple
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- Ritz crackers
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Pour drained pineapple in 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
- (Save 10 tablespoons juice).
- Mix sugar, flour and juice.
- Pour over pineapple.
- Put 1 cup shredded cheese on top.
- Heat in 350° oven until bubbly.
- Top with Ritz and butter.
- Return to oven to brown topping.
