Ingredients
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 slices bread, cut into cubes
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/3 c. crushed pineapple
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour and egg.
- Stir in pineapple along with its juice.
- Pour into ovenproof casserole. Top with bread cubes and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
