Ingredients

  • 1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. strawberry jello
  • 8 oz. softened "Philly" cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • bananas

Method

  • Spread cookie dough in a pizza or rectangle pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • Boil water, sugar, cornstarch and jello to make a glaze.
  • Cool.
  • (May need to refrigerate to thicken.)
  • Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and ice cookie dough.
  • Slice bananas and cover cheese layer.
  • Cover banana layer with cool, thickened glaze.
  • Top with any fruit assortment you desire.
  • Refrigerate.
  • I used Fruit Fresh to keep fruit from getting dark.
