Ingredients
- 2 qt. chopped strawberries
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 c. sugar
Method
- Boil 1 cup strawberries, water, sugar and cornstarch until thickened.
- Pour into baked pie shell.
- Fill crust with remaining 1 1/2 quarts of strawberries.
- Top with whipped cream.
