Ingredients
- 250 g salted butter
- 1 head garlic, finely minced or crushed
- 2 tablespoons dried herbs (an italian seasoning is nice) (optional)
Method
- Make sure the butter is relatively soft.
- Mix in the garlic cloves.
- Add dried herbs of your choice, if you wish.
- Put in an air tight container and ideally leave a day before using so that the garlic flavor really permeates the butter.
