Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 2 to 3 lbs bananas, slice
- 1/2 c. broken pecan pieces
- 1 jar Royal Anne Cherries, pitted
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 large container sour cream
- 2 to 3 drops red food coloring
Method
- Mix all together and pour into mold and freeze. Unmold about 20 to 25 minutes before serving and serve on lettuce leaves. This is a very good salad to serve during the Holidays.
