Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. uncooked rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. tomato soup
Method
- Mix beef, rice, seasoning and eggs.
- Shape into 14 or 15 balls.
- Put into casserole dish.
- Mix soup and water.
- Pour over meat balls.
- Cook at 370° for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
