Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks medium
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 6 3/4 tablespoons rum
- 1 11/16 cups boiling water
- grated nutmeg freshly, for dusting
Method
- Beat egg yolks and sugar in some warm water until thick and creamy. Stir in rum and 1 2/3 cup boiling water. Whisk until frothy.
- Divide among 4 glasses. Serve with a grating of nutmeg.
