Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Divided
  • 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 dash Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Lemon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 sprigs Green Onions, Minced, Optional

Method

  • In a food processor, combine everything except 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese.
  • Process for about 30 seconds or until everything is smooth and cohesive.
  • Refrigerate for a couple of hours and then shape into a ball and roll in the remaining parmesan cheese.
  • Or if you are in a hurry, pile the cheese spread attractively in little dishes or on a small platter and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan.
  • I like to serve this with Triscuits or Wheat Thins, but any sturdy cracker will work.
