Ingredients
- 4 ribs celery
- 2 tsp. onion
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. dill
- 1/2 tsp. tarragon
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 1/2 c. condensed mushroom soup
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb. fish fillet
Method
- Saute onion and celery.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Place in a shallow casserole with fish.
- Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
