Ingredients
- 1 large flank steak
- 1 lb bacon
- garlic salt
- lemon pepper
Method
- Cut flank steaks into 1-inch wide strips along the grain.
- Take 1 strip of bacon and lay flat.
- Place 1 steak strip on bacon and sprinkle with garlic salt and lemon pepper.
- Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
- Place on grill and cover lid for 20-30 minutes. (Watch for flareups.)
