Ingredients
- 3 or 4 chicken breasts
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 1/2 cup of cilantro
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup of shredded carrots
- 1 head of lettuce
- Flavor to taste: Lemon juice, S&P, garlic salt, diced almonds
Method
- Saute the chicken and vegetables for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Separate lettuce leafs into good-sized bowl/wraps for putting chicken into. (Really? I mean we all know what lettuce wraps are.)
