Ingredients
- 1 packages active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water (heated at 115 degrees)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 3 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup nutella (more or less depending on how much you love it :) )
Method
- In a bowl add water, yeast and take 1 tablespoon of the above sugar measurement and set aside for 5 mins to allow yeast to activate
- In a bowl of a stand mixer for it with the dough hook and mix the flour, remaining on sugar and salt
- Add the melted butter, milk and yeast mixture and mix until dough comes together, then with the speed on medium let it knead got about 7 mins until dough is smooth
- Place dough into an oiled bowl, and cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm spot for about an hour to allow it to double in volume.
