Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 10 flour tortillas, cut into strips
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 stick margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Boil chicken and reserve 4 cups stock.
- Bone chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
- Return chicken to reserved stock.
- Add soups and bring to boil.
- Add tortilla strips.
- Reduce heat to simmer.
- Cover and cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add oleo when done.
