Ingredients

  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 level Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Method

  • Cream oleo and sugar, beat eggs with fork and add.
  • Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa together and stir into mixture.
  • Add vanilla and pecans; mix.
  • Pur into a large pan (11 x 17-inch), greased and floured.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • When done, immediately pour marshmallows over cake and pat until smooth as possible.
