Ingredients
- 2 sticks oleo
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 level Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
Method
- Cream oleo and sugar, beat eggs with fork and add.
- Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa together and stir into mixture.
- Add vanilla and pecans; mix.
- Pur into a large pan (11 x 17-inch), greased and floured.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- When done, immediately pour marshmallows over cake and pat until smooth as possible.
