Ingredients
- 24 tart shells
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 8 oz. sliced bacon, diced
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. half and half cream
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
Method
- Cook diced bacon until crisp.
- Remove to paper towels and drain.
- Cool.
- Beat eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
- Into each tart sprinkle some bacon and spoon in about 1 tablespoon egg mixture.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400°.
- Serve immediately.
