Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 3 Tbsp strawberry gelatin or jello
- 1 baked pie shell
- 1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp Milk
- 1 qt strawberries
- whip cream
Method
- Combine sugar, cornstarch and water cook until thick - add few drops red food color and strawberry jello.
- Cool.
- Spread the bottom of pie shell with cream cheese and milk.
- Fill shell with strawberries. Pour glaze over all and chill.
- Top with whip cream. To serve: Try this pie with fresh fruit peaches - etc.
