Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 box cornbread jiffy mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Method
- Do not drain corn.
- Mix all together. Pour into 2 qt. greased dish.
- Cover and bake at 450° for 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350° and bake uncovered another 15 minutes.
- 8 -10 servings.
