Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb. hamburger
- 3 cans stewed tomatoes
- 3 cans Spanish rice
- 2 cans Mexican style beans
- 2 pkg. frozen corn
- 1 qt. tomato juice (more if desired for thinner soup)
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pkg. taco mix
Method
- Place hamburger in microwave-safe colander and place in microwave-safe bowl.
- Cook at 70% for 5 minutes.
- Stir to break up meat.
- Repeat until meat is done.
- Discard grease in bowl.
- Place meat in colander under hot water.
- This removes excess fat.
