Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. hot water
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Method
- Mix everything together, except sausage.
- Add sausage.
- Mix well.
- Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Bake on cookie sheet, covered with foil, for 15 minutes at 325°.
- Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes at 350°.
