Ingredients

  • 1 lb ziti pasta
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 12 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 12 cup nonfat cottage cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey or 1 lb chicken
  • 12 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 14 cup grated parmesan cheese

Method

  • spray 9x13 pan with non stick cooking spray.
  • Boil pasta for about 3-4 minutes.
  • drain, transfer to large bowl.
  • add rosemary, Italian seasoning, sour cream, cottage cheese, and marinara sauce, stir.
  • transfer pasta mixture to baking dish.
  • In large skillet brown the meats, onion, and garlic, about 10 minute.
  • Drain, and sprinkle over pasta mixture.
  • top with cheeses.
  • cover with foil.
  • label, date, and freeze.
  • to eat, thaw and preheat oven to 350.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 45 minute.
  • remove foil and bake until browned and bubbly, about 10 minute more.
