- 1 lb ziti pasta
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 12 cup nonfat sour cream
- 12 cup nonfat cottage cheese
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 lb ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey or 1 lb chicken
- 12 lb Italian sausage
- 1 cup chopped yellow onion
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
Method
- spray 9x13 pan with non stick cooking spray.
- Boil pasta for about 3-4 minutes.
- drain, transfer to large bowl.
- add rosemary, Italian seasoning, sour cream, cottage cheese, and marinara sauce, stir.
- transfer pasta mixture to baking dish.
- In large skillet brown the meats, onion, and garlic, about 10 minute.
- Drain, and sprinkle over pasta mixture.
- top with cheeses.
- cover with foil.
- label, date, and freeze.
- to eat, thaw and preheat oven to 350.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minute.
- remove foil and bake until browned and bubbly, about 10 minute more.
