Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (6.8-oz.) Hershey's chocolate bar with almonds
Method
- 1. Bake pie crust per instructions.
- 2. Make whipped cream with whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla. Divide whipped cream in half.
- 3. Microwave chocolate bar for 60 seconds so it's soft but not running. Beware: Chocolate is deceptive. It may not appear to be melted when it is.
- 4. Mix chocolate and half of whipping cream.
- 5. Pour mixture into pie crust. Spread remaining whipped cream on top.
- 6. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
