Ingredients

  • 3 cups KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Shred
  • 3/4 cup KRAFT 100% Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Full Moisture
  • 3/4 cup shredded Asiago cheese
  • 12 each KRAFT Frozen Macaroni & Cheese Dinner (4-oz. pouch)
  • 24 slices KRAFT Pasteurized Process American Cheese Slices
  • 12 each flour tortillas (10 inch), warmed

Method

  • Combine first 3 ingredients.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • For each serving: Prepare 1 pouch Macaroni & Cheese as directed on package.
  • Place 2 American cheese slices on 1 tortilla.
  • Place under salamander 30 sec.
  • or until cheese is melted.
  • Top with macaroni and cheese and 1-1/4 oz.
  • shredded cheese mixture; fold in half.
  • Cook on oiled 350 degrees F griddle 1 min.
  • on each side or until quesadilla is golden brown on both sides and cheeses are melted.
  • Cut into wedges to serve.
