- 1 hen
- 12 to 16 oz. spaghetti
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 16 oz. can tomatoes
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 onion
Method
- Boil and debone chicken.
- Melt margarine and saute onion. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth and drain.
- Combine soups, Ro-Tel tomatoes, Velveeta and sauteed onion.
- Add chicken and then spaghetti.
- Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° until hot.
