Ingredients
- 2 c. finely crushed chocolate wafer crumbs (about 38 cookies)
- 2 c. finely chopped almonds
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. bourbon
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- Powdered sugar
Method
- Mix wafer crumbs, almonds and 2 cups powdered sugar in large bowl.
- Stir in bourbon and corn syrup.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Roll in powdered sugar.
- Cover tightly and refrigerate at least five days to blend flavors.
- Yields about 5 dozen.
