Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can peas
- 3/4 c. diced carrots
- 3/4 c. diced potatoes
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Boil chicken and remove from the bone.
- Place into bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Drain vegetables and pour over chicken.
- Pour in 2 cups chicken broth and cream of chicken soup.
- Mix well.
- Mix flour, margarine and milk together.
- Pour over pie.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
