Ingredients
- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 pkg. bread crumbs
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 stick margarine
Method
- Chop squash.
- Boil squash and onion just until onion becomes clear.
- Drain well.
- Place into baking dish.
- Pour melted margarine over.
- Mix soup with water as directed.
- Put bread crumbs on top of squash mixture and pour soup over.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Serves 4 to 6 people.
