Ingredients
- 12 aburage (tofu puff)
- 2 ounces daikon radishes, julienned
- 12 tablespoon cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons dashi stock
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sake
- 1 teaspoon mirin
Method
- Rinse the aburage in boiling water and julienne.
- Saute the daikon and aburage in the oil.
- Add the remaining ingredients and cook until the liquid is almost absorbed.
