Ingredients
- 1 c. dry grits
- 1 roll garlic processed cheese (can substitute 1 c. Velveeta + 1 tsp. garlic)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. half and half
- cornflake or bread crumb topping
Method
- Prepare grits as on package. Add butter and cheese to hot grits. Crack 2 eggs into measuring cup. Fill with half and half to make 1 cup. Beat mixture. Combine with grits. Pour into greased casserole. Cover with crushed cereal or bread crumbs tossed with melted butter. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
