Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 bag stuffing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Method
- Cook chicken breasts in pan of water on top of stove for 1 hour.
- Remove chicken from broth and pull off the white meat. Save 1 cup of the broth.
- Melt 1 stick margarine on stove; add 1 bag stuffing mix and stir.
- Combine chicken and celery soups. Layer in a casserole dish the stuffing, chicken pieces, soups and 1/2 cup broth.
- Repeat, ending with stuffing mix.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
