Ingredients

  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 bag stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Method

  • Cook chicken breasts in pan of water on top of stove for 1 hour.
  • Remove chicken from broth and pull off the white meat. Save 1 cup of the broth.
  • Melt 1 stick margarine on stove; add 1 bag stuffing mix and stir.
  • Combine chicken and celery soups. Layer in a casserole dish the stuffing, chicken pieces, soups and 1/2 cup broth.
  • Repeat, ending with stuffing mix.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
