Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lb. sweet potatoes (about 3), peeled, quartered
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Hot Habanero Cheese
Method
- Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min.
- or until tender; drain.
- Return potatoes to pan.
- Add butter; mash until butter is melted and potatoes are desired consistency.
- Stir in cheese.
