Ingredients
- 2 sticks oleo
- 2 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
- pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
- miniature marshmallows
Method
- Mix oleo, cocoa, flour, salt, eggs and sugar well.
- Add pecans. Bake in 10 x 15-inch pan about 30 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
- When cake is done, add a layer of miniature marshmallows and return to oven until melted or light brown.
